Return Policy

You can return the items purchased within 10 days from the date that you have received the products. You are not obligated to inform us of the reason you return the products. You do need to take into account that returns will only be accepted if:
1. You send an email on customerservice@ekaterini.gr informing us that you are returning the product(s).
2. The product(s) should be in their original condition when purchased and received by you and not being used beyond the necessary fitting. Due to hygiene reasons earrings are not refundable under any circumstances.
3. The assorted labels and tags should not be removed or destroyed.
4. All the accompanying documents and packaging should be returned along with the product in their original condition, as well as the guarantee and receipt of the products purchased. The products should be returned in their original state without damages and unused in their original packaging. When the delivered order includes the designers labeled packaging, protection cases, leather pouches, designer boxes, authenticity cards, jewellery boxes should also be returned since they are part of the whole packaging. If the boxes that the jewellery was included are damaged or torn your return may not be accepted.
5. In case that the order is accompanied with a complementary gift, this should be returned as well.
6. The cost of returning the goods will be paid by you and should be processed through ACS courier or Hellenic Post (the choice is yours). For the returns from countries except Greece and Cyprus you can use DHL courier.
7. If you would like to return more than one items from the same received order, you will have to return them once: the website www.ekaterini.gr will not accept multiple returns from the same order, with the items to be send back in different times in any occasion. We inform you that our company has no responsibility for any damages that occur after using the products by you and in no circumstances will replace them in such case. For any repair or replacement of the products, responsible is the company that owns the brand name of each product purchased. Our responsibility lies in receiving the products at your own cost and making sure they arrive in the appropriate destination for replacement or repair.
Our company has no responsibility for any damages that occur during transportation of the goods by the courier service. Please make sure that the return packaging ensures the complete safety and integrity of the returning products. When returning the items purchased you should be aware that your money would be reimbursed within 30 days after receipt of the products from us. Any product being returned should lie within our return policy parameters and if anything falls outside will not be accepted. The purchased products from the eshop www.ekaterini.gr cannot be returned or exchanged in the retail shops of EKATERINI in Athens or in Mykonos. How do I return an item?
If you wish to return an item, please initially email our Customer Service Team at customerservice@ekaterini.gr mentioning your order number, reason of your return and items (if you want) and number of items to return. Repack the item(s) in their original packaging to ensure it will not be damaged during transit and send the package by DHL at the address: EKATERINI SHOWROOM, Kolokotroni 15, Athens,10562, Greece. We recommend shipping through this courier to avoid any loss, theft, or damage of the item. The item(s) you are returning are at your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please make sure they are packed properly and will reach their destination.

How do I get money refund?
Once we receive the products returned and making sure that all of our policy rules are in line, we will initiate the procedure of returning your money. The way in which we ferund your money will be in accordance with the way you complete your payment. So, in case that you paid through a credit card the transaction will be cancelled. Money can be refunded through PayPal or with a deposit (within 7 working days) in a bank account that you will provide us. Please make sure that for overseas customers details such as IBAN and SWIFT code will be needed.

What amount will I receive?
We will return the exact amount of the products purchased. You will not receive any costs occurred in shipment or taxes or customers that may have been charged initially. In case that you will use ACS courier to return our products, the shipment cost will be deducted from the final amount if you choose this method of return.
